Powder Kiss

Redesign the digital experience for M·A·C’s Powder Kiss Lipstick in the North America Market.

OVERVIEW
The goal of this project was to re-introduce Powder Kiss with a strong focus on product innovation. The team was tasked to communicate the innovative benefits to a diverse background of customers, develop content for a full funnel user journey utilizing the new assets, while optimizing existing assets and make sure the content is effective in recruiting and engaging Gen Z and millennials to the brand.
USER JOURNEY
We started mapping out the overall digital ecosystem of the user’s journey across the various digital funnels.
This helped the team better understand the content that would need to be created and digital experiences that would need design attention. 
WIREFRAMES
We worked closely with cross-functional partners to create wireframes of the .com experience.
This helped us create a design that is aligned to the business goals as well as the new branding for this campaign.
LANDING EXPERIENCE
We wanted to make sure that users can shop for the product directly from the page itself to drive conversion.
Additionally, the team wanted to increase customer engagement through the diverse influencers personalities, product tips and tricks and a shade finder tool to aid in shade selection.
SPP EXPERIENCE
Benefits and Influencer recommendation modules were created and placed throughout the Single Product Page to drive engagement and conversion.
EMAILS
Finally emails were designed for various touch points in the consumer journey to drive engagement and encourage shopping of the product.
